Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself (the customer) and us (The Hijaab Haul) by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to the English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Please note in particular that:

No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18

While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store.

All products displayed on this website are subject to availability.

The prices do not include delivery charges.

Your payment card will be debited immediately once you make the payment.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

Our website offers a range of products for sale. Where we refer to an ‘item’ we are referring to a single product available for purchase on this website.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

Every effort has been made to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours used, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. THE HIJAAB HAUL cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate/the same as the actual product.

Great care has been taken to ensure that all sizes, scarf measurements, material information and care instructions are included in every product description, you are strongly advised to check them prior placing an order to avoid disappointments.

We can not stress enough how important is to wash your items correctly according to their washing instructions, we do not hold any responsibility in case of any damage occurring to your hijabs after washing them not as per instructions given in each product description.

We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

i) The item you have ordered is out of stock

ii) We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent

iii) There has been a pricing or product description error

iv) There is a system or procurement failure

v) You have failed our customer validation checks.

Make sure the email sent to you is a confirmation mail of your order.

Once the order is dispatched we will sent you a message through mail or whatsapp to get you a confirmations.

DELIVERY

Once the order has been placed for any items leaving the customised products.

We take a necessary timings of atleast 2-3 days to dispatch the product.

If the product is a customised one we take atleast 5-8 days to work on it.

The items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times).

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not.

Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.

If the item has been dispatched there shall no return of any items will be done.

Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with The Hijaab Haul and its licensors.

Neither The Hijaab Haul, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
